Gench Education Announces 2025 Annual Results

HONG KONG, Mar 28, 2026 – (ACN Newswire via SeaPRwire.com) – 27 March 2026, Shanghai Gench Education Group Limited (“Gench Education” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, Stock Code:1525.HK) — the leading higher vocational education group in East China and the largest higher vocational education group in Shanghai, delightedly announced its consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the “Reporting Period”).

During the Reporting Period, the Group recorded revenue of approximately RMB1,005 million, representing an increase of 3.6% year-on-year (“YoY”). Gross profit was RMB545 million, up 0.9% YoY; Profit for the year of approximately RMB243 million, a YoY rise of 8.5%. Basic earnings per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent were RMB 0.61, up 7.0% year-on-year. The growth was mainly driven by the increase in student enrolment, optimization of tuition rates and expansion of education-related services. The Group proposes to declare a final dividend of HKD$0.04 per share for 2025. Together with the interim dividend of HK$0.10 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2025, the total dividend for 2025 will be HK$0.14 per share, maintaining a stable dividend policy to reward shareholders.
