Seneca Resorts & Casinos has appointed James Domzalski as its chief legal officer and general counsel. In this role, he will oversee and direct the legal, risk management, and regulatory compliance activities for the company and its subsidiaries.

Domzalski has been with Seneca Resorts & Casinos since 2006, previously holding positions as deputy general counsel and senior corporate counsel. Prior to his tenure with the company, he worked in the Washington, D.C. office of Akin Gump, where his practice focused on corporate, securities, and transactional matters. He also gained experience at Gardner, Carton & Douglas in Albany, New York.
